We all know that SPERM can transmit AIDS and others diseases, but it can be the vector of more than that

The other guy's sperm book by Donald E. Tyler :

Sperm can be the cause of cancers and other diseases

The essence is the entrance into one's body cells of another individual. Sperm invade the delicate linings of the internal and external genitalia of both men and women, enter blood streams, and go to all parts of their bodies.

In this book ""sperm of the other guy"" Some sperm can be postulated as the cause of many diseases including cancers. Experimental, clinical, and epidemiological evidence in support to this is presented.

Precursors of sperm have a tremendous stimulus to divide producing 100,000,000 to 300,000 ,000 sperm per ejaculate. The union of a sperm with an ovum produces rapidly dividing cells that can result in a 6 to 10 pound baby in 9 months. The unidentified factor that causes cells to divide decreases in amount or activity in each division of offspring cells until there is no weight gain at maturity when cells die at the same rate they divide. Sperm invading cells other than ova accounts for rapid uncontrolled dividing of cancer cells. DNA of sperm is undifferentiated, capable of producing any type of cell. Sperm, invading cells other than ova accounts for all characteristics of malignant cells including their uncontrolled dividing, invading, having abnormal numbers of chromosomes, and being undifferentiated.

Reaction of a host body to invading sperm can be similar to its reaction to bacteria and viruses. In most instances there is no disease at the site of sperm entry. Entry-site disease include mucoid and purulent discharges diagnosed as gonorrhea and nonspecific urethritis and sores diagnosed as herpes, chancroid, or syphilis.

Sperm and their parts invading a body are the equivalent of transplants of any and all cells or organs. Antibodies attacking the genes of the sperm, probably at times attack corresponding cells and organs of the host. That is a probable cause of "autoimmune" diseases including most arthritis, diabetes, thryroiditis, and lupus erythematosus.

Roles of sperm in AIDS, urinary infections, congenital and inherited defects, atherosclerosis, and bestiality are presented.

IN THIS PAGE it's clearly explained simply how sperm can cause cancer

http://kidshealth.org/teen/your_body/health_basics/genes_genetic_disorders.html#

A person can have changes (or mutations) in a gene that can cause many issues for them. Sometimes changes cause little differences, like hair color. Other changes in genes can cause health problems.

Mutations in a gene usually end up causing that particular gene copy to not do its job the way it normally should. Since we have two copies of every gene, typically there's still a "normal" working copy of the gene. In these cases, usually nothing out of the ordinary happens since the body can still do the jobs it needs to do. This is an example of an autosomal recessive trait.

For someone to have a recessive disease or characteristic, the person must have a gene mutation in both copies of the gene pair, causing the body to not have working copies of that particular gene.

Genes can be either dominant or recessive. Dominant genes show their effect even if there is just one mutation in one copy of that gene pair; the one mutation "dominates" the normal back-up copy of the gene, and the characteristic shows itself.

A person can be born with gene mutations, or they can happen over a lifetime. Mutations can occur when cells are aging or have been exposed to certain chemicals or radiation. Fortunately, cells usually recognize these types of mutations and repair them by themselves. Other times, however, they can cause illnesses, such as some types of cancer.

If the gene mutation exists in egg or sperm cells, children can inherit the gene mutation from their parents. When the mutation is in every cell of the body (meaning a child was born with it), the body is not able to "repair" the gene change.
