Si chacun créeait ce genre d'observatoir,




pour le placer au plus haut point strategique d'un domaine de Foret, de maniere à pouvoir voir toute l'étendue de la foret tout le temps et dans son ensemble, il serait alors possible de detecter les premières fumées suspectes et d'envoyer rapidement une equipe au sol, et ou mieux, un helico bombardier d'eau, et eteindre de suite l'incendie naissant quand il est tres tres petit...

On peut même imaginer des tailles bien plus petites de ce genre de constructions, pour n'y mettre que des CAMERAS...de jour et de vision nocturne.. qui seraient toutes reliées à un central informatique, chez les POMPIERS par exemple

One can even imagine much smaller sizeD constructions of this kind, filled with CAMERAS ... day and night vision one .. which are all connected to a central computer, for example in a FIRE DEPARTMENT....
